Was in an @Uber with a screen that has a tipping option. Why? It’s on our phone? I get out and before I can walk in the airport it says “thanks for the tip” and her car is still there. My uber tipped herself on the screen 100% of the trip ($29). I then can’t even edit it!

@Uber is so difficult to contact customer support and then at the end doesn’t even understand the situation and still thinks it was my mistake. Those screens in Ubers should NOT have screens in them to tip!

Waited almost 2 hours for an order that kept being “prepared” yet the restaurant said it has been marked done for over an hour. @UberEats luckily didn’t charge me for the order I never got 😂 but refused to give a credit for their faulty app. @DoorDash had my order to me in 15min

I just signed legislation requiring gym memberships to have an online cancellation option. We need to protect consumers from predatory renewal policies & ridiculous in-person cancellation requirements.

@united gate agents for flight UA2427 today told me my carry on was too big for the flight when I use this all the time for work even on tiny UA Express flights. Then bags larger than mine were allowed on. It’s ridiculous they can make up their own rules.

@Wayfair wants to do nothing to help a randomly disintegrated fireplace. They keep referring back to the manufacturer, yet their manufacturers phone number is disconnected! They want no part in helping, yet it’s their supplier they are supporting. It shattered from the inside.
