We recognize that we are all struggling financially and with the current political climate of the world, it's cruel to bring a child into this if they're going to suffer in any aspect. It's taking responsibility.

That and being childless is totally normal & acceptable now.

Lack of guidance and failure to train people on every resources source possible is going to be what kills off good, new employees. Why wait for them to fail when you could be showing them where to go when you run into issues the first time? 🙄
