the two humans in the back had a subplot in sonic adventure; the girl had a crush on the employee, but was too shy to ever even talk to him. having her so openly chatting with him is definitely OOC, but i wanted them to parallel sonic and amy's pose. too cute to pass up

been playing a lot of unleashed recomp recently, playing jungle joyride without frame drops was a breathtaking experience

@StarlightSun11 the lighting is just the sky texture node with a bright sun, letting indirect lighting do the rest. the environment was just adding several layers of foliage until i had a nice composition. compositing was a bit of bloom and chromatic aberration, and then sun beams on the laser.
