@Ryangofett_2490@connor_stace Live games are gonna have more players by nature. People stick with those until EOS. Single player games people buy, beat, and move on. So this method of measurement is inherently flawed.
@noln87@kanon06 Honestly, this whole argument about studies is missing the heart of the matter. The studies don't really matter at the end of the day because even if it is a male dominated hobby, that doesn't mean we should cater to men and leave everyone else out. Much like society at large.
Gotta get this off my chest: OPTCG community sometimes crosses a line trying to catch bad actors and instead villainizes perfectly ordinary people. Which bums me out because it adds to the air of distrust, which isn't actually stopping real bad actors, just souring the milk

@jitfoid67@wermsroom In both examples, people are still able to engage to varying degrees and could have a valid opinion on the aspects they experienced.
@ClaireMax It’s almost like men systemically and socially walled off a chunk of life from women for centuries and so markets now are far more representative of all genders and communities than they were when video games first started, or something…
@UTxJGTheDon@KilluaSoo For arguments sake, would you say someone who is handicapped in some way and can only interact with games limitedly, is not a fan? Be it literally missing limbs, deaf, carpal tunnel, whatever.
@MichaelNon4369@bellaputsch420@DiRico_Rants Who the fuck even brought up IGN? Pretty sure everyone on all sides is in agreement IGN fucking sucks. But it's clear you have your agenda to push, so keep on grinding king.
@Jim45255760@casvd01@Ndricimii The point is that everyone has their roles and everyone is crucial to the crew in some way. It could be argued that Nami is the most crucial because they'd get nothing done without her, both in navigation, organizations, and frankly babysitting.
