After almost 10 months into my PhD program and passing a big milestone, I'm finally back full time to continue @SPORA_program this very Summer in Baja, MX! But before taking off, I had to make some time to discover the underwater world of Monterey Bay.

A gametophyte banks can represent the difference between the loss or preservation of kelp forests populations. It can help to bring back kelp populations into the natural environment and to future-proof those remaining.
