The customer service was incredibly poor to non-existent. At least have the common courtesy to answer your passengers when they ask if they can volunteer to take a different flight or for help at the baggage claim. Absolutely horrendous @FlyFrontier

@FlyFrontier, NEVER again. Worst flights we've ever had. Nickel & dime passengers for every bag, drink, snack. Delayed 2 hours AT THE GATE & they did NOTHING for passengers (they couldn't figure out weight & balance). Landed @ home & bags expected to take an hour to unload?! WTF
