Beware of Nobroker Packers and Movers Scam. First their customer support acknowledges the issue and commits for refund. Later, they say that refund cannot be provided as timeline to raise concern is exceeded.

Timeline:
1st Mar: Service taken
4th Mar: Complaint raised regarding multiple layer packaging not provided.
10th Mar: Aftr multiple follow-ups thry accept the fault but agrees for refund conditionally.
15th Mar: Aftr further follow-ups, denies refund on citing 48hrs timeline.

@NoBrokerCare A ₹300/- compensation for a service worth ₹2.3k that was not fulfilled. Is this a joke? I just asked for refund for the service that was promised but not delivered. Forget about the damages that one could have potentially incurred due to packaging issue

Beware of NoBroker Packers and Movers! They outsource the work to local vendors & don’t oversee the shifting. They charged for multilayer packaging but didn’t deliver, and now refuse a refund just bcoz we raised the issue after 48 hrs.#NoBrokerFraud @jagograhakjago @NoBrokerCare

Why did you customer support initially offer a refund in the chat in exchange of unpackaging charge. This clearly shows your malintentions to escape and wash off the issue.

Note: Earlier, in the chat support, they acknowledged the fact that multilayer packaging was not provided and were ready to provide a refund. Upon escalation, now they say that refund cannot be provided as issue was raised more than 48 hrs of service.
