Hey @up_learn - you need to sort out issue where you’re advertising lower prices on your website then charging nearly double at checkout 😠 Issue only AFTER 1st purchase. Cust svcs tonight have escalated for review tomorrow. Honour your stated prices!!

Worst customer experience with @NintendoUK - loaded £20 to my account to allow my son to buy stuff on child account - but isn’t possible to transfer it... and NO REFUNDS given (nor option to buy gift card etc) so literally wasted the money. Really?? So poor!

Also - as this wasn’t for a download or streaming service, I believe they are in violation of distance selling regulations...? And very poor that the only way for a child to buy is by using adult credit card; eg cf with Microsoft the adult loads funds and gives to child - better!
