KSFC becomes classical 24/7, no news interruptions. KPBZ goes from an eclectic spoken word format to all jazz, in anticipation that the Spokane area's all-jazz station, KEWU, moves to a different format. (3/several)

News is public radio's most popular format. We determined that we need to put that on the frequency that reaches the most people. KPBX becomes all-news with many NPR and network programs, plus local news, including our Inland Journal public affairs program. (2/several)

This is another location of debris/flooding on SR 231. Here a small stream has formed over the top of the roadway due to significant rain and snowmelt.

Adding to the complexity is thick fog this morning. Slow down, stay alert and drive for conditions. SR 231 remains CLOSED.
