KSFC becomes classical 24/7, no news interruptions. KPBZ goes from an eclectic spoken word format to all jazz, in anticipation that the Spokane area's all-jazz station, KEWU, moves to a different format. (3/several)
News is public radio's most popular format. We determined that we need to put that on the frequency that reaches the most people. KPBX becomes all-news with many NPR and network programs, plus local news, including our Inland Journal public affairs program. (2/several)
