Despite my previous attempts to resolve this matter amicably, I have not received a satisfactory response from @PolestarCars side, so I went further and, legal firm has diligently gathered comprehensive evidence, illustrating the alleged violations
The documents inside the envelope prove that the Polestar company violates the rights of the consumer, by refusing to change the firmware (Huawei to Google), e-SIM number, etc. will be sent to the company HQ soon.
We place our trust in the integrity of Polestar and its dedication to upholding consumer rights and ethical practices.
Be assured that we are prepared to utilize every legitimate means at our disposal to defend our rights as consumers.

Let the whole world know your lie !
Where is the different? Infotainment system the same, on US build cars and CH build cars.
What is the reason (money!) that you not provided assistance to change it?
Shame on you!

Yesterday, I had several calls to the International Trade Commission, and they advised me to consult with a lawyer. They also recommended several agencies. I had detailed conversations with some of them, providing all the supporting evidence that @PolestarCars simply refuses to assist those who are facing this issue, even though they have the capability to do so.
After the call, we had an online meeting where the lawyer highlighted several important points:
1. The Android operating system is easily subject to modifications and updates.
2. Indeed, there is no information about Huawei on the Polestar Company's website, even for the Chinese market. Even if it is added in the near future, there are tools available to track the date of any changes or additions to the website.
3. This point surprised me the most - the inability to change the eSIM to another operator is a direct violation of consumer rights.
4. Currently, there is no ban on importing cars from other countries into our country.
5. @PolestarCars should try to negotiate with customers like us and their lawyers likely understand this. After all, if customers have to deal with sues, there will be enough to win the case.
If @PolestarCars think everything is fine, you can simply remain silent and pretend that nothing is happening. This is incorrect.
I will continue further and gather all the evidence against you.
Let's see where it leads
