【Sprime PM1をふもっふのおみせでご予約いただいたお客様へ】

現在、Sprime PM1をご予約いただいております全てのお客様の製品は無事、メーカーより弊社国内倉庫に到着しました。ステータスが「入荷待ち」と表示されておりますお客様の商品も無事入荷しておりますのでご安心くださいませ。

また、外箱に損傷がないことを確認し、2月2日(金)より順次発送を開始しておりますが、本来、ご予約が開始されすぐにご注文いただいたお客様から手配されるべきところを、人為的な操作ミスにより、ご注文が最近のものから発送されていることが本日、発覚いたしました。

この度は、大変長らく楽しみにお待ちいただいておりますところ誠に申し訳ございません。心よりお詫び申し上げます。

できる限り早く発送させていただきたく存じますが、当店では、土日祝日を除く平日のみの出荷対応となっており、大変心苦しくございますが、明日以降、順次発送させていただきます。

ただ、当店の一日当たりの最大出荷可能数は現在1000件(人員の手配次第で変動あり)ほどとなっており、大変多くのご注文を頂いておりますため、全件を即日出荷することが難しく、どうしてもお受け取り日に時差が生じる場合がございます。
