I have been talking about this for at least a decade, I had a 32 year career in the newspaper printing industry and 12 years as a welder.
The turnover of employees is mind blowing, these are workers 20-35 and would work 6 months and disappear .
The impact is huge, you spend up to 30 days training employees to quit after only 5-6 months of working.

I worked printing newspapers for 32 year's... the turnover of employees was staggering beyond belief.
Just retired as a welder after 12 year's same thing in those shops.
