We do not deserve this onslaught of attacks none of which are based on facts. We love and are good at what we do we simply will not tolerate bullying of any kind. If you can’t handle that then we aren’t the vet for you @AshaRangappa_ and that is ok.

We are being attacked after having to fire a client who has spent the last 18 months (documented) strategically bullying the staff. Dr Mags called to address and find a solution as well as answers her question. She then asked an egregious question by any metric and was fired.

With their guns drawn for doing nothing other than waiting at the counter for an attendant to get him 9mm rounds so we could go back to practice. It was terrifying. It is also why it was nolled and the police only used a breach of peace.

@ferretkit @CarrieBeeInNC @CTbirdiesNhoops @AshaRangappa_ Yes. He absolutely did not brandish a gun at anyone. We were on our way to the gun range (we are target shooters and have NEVER hunted or killed a living thing) and they were out of ammunition. We went to a nearest Walmart to pick some up and the gun was seen and reported.

It happens too often as most of these threads clearly show but all you see is him having to defend why he defended his staff. This is ask completely unfair.

Shame on you all for making assumptions and trying to destroy the reputation of good people.

Thankfully, like us, Spring Glen’s current and future clients know who we are.
