People don’t understand the impact of a good environment. It can change you in the most profound ways mentally and emotionally. The spaces and people you’re around shape your mindset more than you realize. When your environment is healthy, you respond better to everything.

at a certain point you realize by never having needs, and by over extending and running to everyone’s aid all the time, you will habitually attract people who have little interest in reciprocating. you gotta have boundaries and take up space, it sucks a lot!!
