do people think that cars are illegal in walkable cities? sometimes i walk to the supermarket and sometimes i drive. streets still exist you can still drive to the store
Question to the ‘walkable city’ advocates who hate cars:
If you go to the grocery store and have eight bags (or even four bags) of groceries, how do you get them home? You push around a little cart or something? Sounds bad.
people treat brazil like an exotic travel destination and then get shocked when brazilians turn out to be actual people instead of characters in their vacation fantasy. nobody is obligated to live up to your idealized version of a country just to make your trip more meaningful
i'm being genuine right now. is it on purpose that one of these flags is the exact "rabies pride flag" that was huge on tumblr like 8 years ago? or does it still mean rabies
the funniest part is whenever someone says this they start going on and on about europeans as if there are no other big countries in the world. never seen an australian, russian or brazilian be annoying about states/territories
@JMcniff1283 every country has infighting between regions, but at the end of the day whether south or northeast we recognize ourselves as one nation when it comes to the global perspective
@Sarpywx do not fucking patronize me. you know full well what im talking about and a person from dagestan being defensive of their individual culture against an oppressive attempt of assimilation and erasure is not in the slightest what this is about. i will not engage further, have a day
@wafflum idk about australians but i've been accused multiple times of being a street rat living in a dumpster of a third world country, thinking we don't travel is the least of it
@Toddfather1978 is australia the only other big country on earth? i just didn't mention china because i honestly don't know what they're going on about in the internet
@Sarpywx the context is completely different. besides they're not on the internet being insufferable about it and claiming they're the only ones to ever experience living in a country
