NY already pays too much for utilities but @ConEdison proposes a rate hike on consumers to fund old, outdated gas infrastructure. The #NYHEATAct will bring a modern energy system that will lower energy bills & stop wasteful spending on fossil fuels. It’s time to pass the bill!
