Nearing end of day 3 after ‘Activation’. Still no @VodafoneUK broadband for my business. Still no info about what the hold up is or how long I will be waiting. Shockingly poor customer service.

STILL NO BROADBAND for Business 3 days after ‘Activation’ & NO INFO from @VodafoneUK - I have to ask them but NO DIRECT NO. FOR BUSINESS SUPPORT! + ‘Delays Team’ = “Not customer facing” but it’s ok; they “sent an email to @bt_uk” while my media business suffers. No end in sight.
