Root cause found. Nanoreth nodes booting back up, you’ll have to unwind to a block before the offending txn and then sync through.

@Misanthreth Reading from RPC will be much faster if you have local RPC. Writing (sending txs) is the same since it forwards transactions to the official RPC.
