Love that @SouthwestAir is so rude to people with disabilities trying to board early. Accusing me of lying when I attempt to board with the pre board group because of a miscommunication is just uncalled for. Seriously do better- not everyone looks disabled 1/5

But that’s not how it works. I did try to go back and tell the gate agent we did need a specific seat (window cause it’s the easiest to place my dads no collapsible cane and front for my sisters needs) but by that point he was not interested in listening 4/5

@LitAgentSaritza We recently went through this with my grandfather and it’s a rough ride for everyone. Please feel free to dm me and I can give you my mothers info- she’d be more than happy to offer advice and support on the subject (she helped care for him for 5 years at home)
