This is great info, however, I will say that collectively, the best run Association is one where all parties involved, board, manager, owners, are willingly working together for the common good. Also, make sure everyone understands the expectations-however they may be.

@married3times They are most certainly not for everyone, however, I think that’s the key-knowing if it’s for you or not ahead of time. Also, there are so many factors that can truly make an association feel like a community or a disastrous hole.
