I’m asked to do the same troubleshooting, or to wait for engineering updates. I’ve had no proactive outreach- help?

*presumably they aren’t sending the new shoes until I return the damaged ones. But without a response, I have no idea. 🤷🏻♀️ It’s been several weeks since I called about the damaged order.
@JoeFresh does not deliver exceptional value. Ordered shoes that came damaged. Called, rep processed new order & said to throw damaged product out, @JoeFresh requested I send product back (already in garbage), and no response after I’ve followed up at least 2x. Disappointed.
