Consider Abbreviated Breast MRI (https://t.co/5oKKNq2WrC) every other year to find cancer EARLY in ALL breasts (dense/not), including the second most common breast cancer, Lobular. Finding cancer EVENTUALLY through mammograms (even 3D) is NOT good enough! #lobular, #breastcancer
Good to note the moderate risk screening application. Important for all beasts either dense or with early lobular (cell structure different from ductal)
Abbreviated MRI is a quick, ten-minute exam designed for women with a moderate (under 20%) breast cancer risk who don’t qualify for an insurance-covered MRI but still want access to advanced screening.

🧠📘 Companion editorial: Abbreviated breast MRI shows promise beyond screening.
From staging to monitoring response after neoadjuvant chemotherapy, shorter protocols may improve efficiency and experience while preserving diagnostic performance. 🔍🩻
