Very disappointed with @mahindraesuvs after-sales service.
Minor hit were inspected, ordered and later confirmed available.
Now, I’m told it will take another 10 days for a minor repair.
This is the worsh experience I’ve ever had with any vehicle service.

@JVVNLCCare , My complaint 2114660015401 has not been handled properly. The lineman joined two phase wires with a single wire, caus appliances to stop working and become faulty. It raises a safety concern. the reason given was that my wire was burned, that is not & pic attached

@JVVNLCCare Dear @JVVNLCCare , Thank you for support. I received call and team visited however issue is not resolved. Team told faulty wire hower it is issue that team has connect 2 Phase wire to single phase that need immediate attentation. it is big safety risk also

This is the condition of a public toilet at Sindhi Camp, Jaipur the biggest bus station in Rajasthan.
Is this the dignity citizens get for paying taxes?. As a citizen, this is shameful and painful to see.

I have never faced such an issue before in Jaipur—no electricity for the last six days, and the department keeps closing complaints without solving the issue. We didn't vote for this; this is a total failure.

@JVVNLCCare We've had no electricity for 3 days in Jaipur's main city. Complaint 211462069553 was closed without resolution—no call or follow-up. @nsitharaman, our startup operations are suffering, and we urgently need support. We're paying 25% in taxes yearly and expect basics.
