@WestJet I have been waiting for a Travel Insurance Letter from last 45 days. First of all my flight from Boston to Toronto was delayed by around 24 hours due to technical issues. WestJet did not process any refund or claims citing issues beyond your control.

@CitrusPay I made a payment on @ZARA shoping app which went through @CitrusPay but didn't reach to zara account and my order got cancelled. When spoken to zara execs they said the payment gateway will refund the amount within 8 days. I have still not received any amount.

@hmindia It's been over a month that I've returned all the purchased products and have got the email from your end about all the products being returned in perfect condition. So why no refund yet!? This is the second purchase with same issue. Feels like I should never purchase.
