@tata_cars @TataMotors your apologies don't work, At last I received email from Berkeley motors and the surprising thing is that the booking date mentioned is 2 May on the email instead of 3 April which is the actual booking date. This needs to be escalated

@TataMotors I booked Tata Safari 4 weeks back. I have a very bad experience with Tata Berkley Chandigarh. No visibility on delivery date and No response to calls even. I tried to contact @TataMotors call center but that was not helpful as well. This bad #customersupport

They promises this will be rectified from their end. Nothing happened and I am not left without AMC. Yesterday I requested a service request and it got closed, no calls, no visits. PATHETIC service. Now I am left with no option, will never buy any @AquagaurdP products

Never buy @AquagaurdP they have a pathetic after sales. I bought the purifier from @Flipkart and wanted to buy AMC when it was about to expire but on @AquagaurdP website I was not able to because they had a backend issue wherein my purchase was not registered.
