Hate to break it to you but a 1-1 tie doesn’t mean shit in a joke of a season. That stadium would have been empty last night if Pete wasn’t in town.

You’re allowed to be a Mets fan and still be pissed off at your team. Statements were made last night. They weren’t against Tong, they weren’t against the players. They were against the idiots high up who botched an off season.

I absolutely love everything about last night. I’m glad it’s blowing up. I’m glad the Mets got eliminated from playoff contention with Pete in the building. This is the consequence of a dumbass move from dumbass people made 9 months ago.

Don’t say I’m not a Mets fan. I am. I’m an annoyed Mets fan who’s pissed off they didn’t resign my favorite player, your favorite player, the home run king of the Mets, the leader of the Mets. The fact that people don’t feel how I feel is crazy to me.

Thank you to all the real Mets fans last night who made this statement. They noticed.
