@chimneyservices @forduk We have also had this issue, full Ford service history 2018 model only 84k on clock and the wet belt has failed causing catastrophic engine failure only bought last year and warranty ended on 10/10/23 seems to have been under recall and fully serviced at Ford dealerships?!?!

@marksandspencer please tell me why I’ve just had to pay 40p for a paper bag in store when the self service tills have no mention you’d changed to paper, it broke as I left the store, it’s an extortionate cost & I thought the charge was introduced to reduce PLASTIC carrier bags?!
