@hm7_szn Udogie has been available for about 2 out of every 3 games over the last three seasons. It might feel like more, but to say he's never available is just wrong.
@Hackett01@tansleona But the point is he doesn't want to be versatile....he wants to nail down a place every week. It wouldn't happen with us.....and you can only sell for top dollar if clubs offer it. He wasn't committed to what we're trying to do....sell all day long.
@Hackett01@tansleona So would you keep a player whose attitude sometimes stank the place out, doesn't train as well as others and actually wants to leave the club? Conte and Ange saw enough to freeze him out or send him on loan. Lots of talent but sometimes for the squad it's better to sell. End of.
@owenthfc__ He is.
Plus his stats are decent. A goal every 151 minutes. Defoe over his Spurs career was a goal every 161 minutes. Yes. You read correctly.
@Christianjw92 Maybe wait until the transfer window is closed? There's more than three weeks left. We've massively strengthened defence and midfield....then spent time making loads of sales. Attaching signings are obviously coming.
@CoysNews I'd rather have a really good International centre back who has missed 8% of all games in the last 5 years due to injury or suspension over Romero, who has missed 38% of games in the last 5 years. Aside from this, one of them actually wants to be at Spurs, the other doesn't.
@SPURSCORNE9f How many big 'mistakes' has Danso made in matches that actually matter over the last year and a half. Answer..... probably less than five. How many have led to actual goals....maybe 2? In a year and half. He's a really good defender and is proud to wear the shirt.
@SZYComps I think Gakpo would be a good signing....a good fit for De Zerbi's style and could link up really well with Udogie or Robertson. All our signings do not need to be galacticos.... thankfully.
@EdmundAvalon@sid_lambert Yep .... sensational scoring rate......although Haaland already has the same number of league goals but in fewer matches. Shearer's goals from the Blackburn days are much more fun to watch though than Haaland's.
@thfc_tel I like that he's direct and tries to make things happen. Whilst his overall pace might not be blistering, his initial acceleration is good enough to cause lots of problems for defenders. Potential is there...but it's probably now a make or break season for his Spurs career.
@ben_bowman_ He's missed 1 in 3 games for over his five year Spurs career due to injuries & suspension. That's the main reason the quoted transfer fee is low. 1 in 3 over five years is nowhere near good enough for a high wage earner A-list player. A firm โ for the ast majority of teams.
