Tottenham are in discussions with Memphis Depay and Barcelona for a potential move this summer.
Paratici has been in contact with his camp since January.
Spurs are also looking at Scamacca, Richarlison and Osimhen as alternatives.

A deal has been agreed in principle with Sam Johnstone's representatives for some time now. Just waiting on it to be wrapped up, which will likely happen closer to the summer window opening.

Tottenham do still have an interest in Dybala and will look to sign him in the summer. A fair few clubs seem interested so it's far from certain where he ends up.

My hope is that the club appointed him because they are confident they can back him. If they can, it could be an era-defining appointment.
Only time will tell though. But certainly the club are feeling the pressure on all sides now. And that's not necessarily a bad thing.
Conte holds all the cards at Tottenham and he knows it. He's creating an atmosphere amongst the fans and the media that he needs much more than he has to get results.
This was always the risk for Levy when he hired Conte, he's put himself under enormous pressure.

And I do wonder of Levy and the board were truly aware of this when they gave Conte the job. Surely they must have known the narrative this would bring and which he would encourage.
They've actively welcomed more pressure than they have ever faced before.
@PointGodJames @RobertF40811899 @thfcsxn@TottenhamTiers @SamiMokbel81_DM Why won't we? He will still have two years left on his deal. If Tottenham and Conte tell him he stays, he stays.
Even if you look past how many times the two boards have clashed and Chelsea's previous "we don't deal with Tottenham" stance, Spurs had a hard enough time considering selling Kane to City, let alone a direct London rival.
I understand linking Kane to different clubs gets clicks and sells papers. But there is barely any hope of Spurs and Chelsea transferring deadwood, let alone a player of Kane's stature.
It's a non-starter. Would never happen.

@thespursweb I feel like the translation has caused some confusion. He isn't ripping into Spurs or the board, he is highlighting the transfer policy and how he needs experience as well as youth. Pretty routine stuff imo.
Tottenham do not currently have any new incomings planned after the Juventus duo, both of which should be announced today.
If Spurs can offload a few players, however, we may well see them push to sign someone else. Should be an interesting day.

In slightly better news, Tottenham have proposed a loan move for Alvaro Morata.
Sofyan Amrabat has been ready to go for a while with Spurs trying to offload players first. Spurs still looking for a RWB.
Plenty of talks going on ahead of the deadline.

My view on the Luis Diaz transfer is that Tottenham took too long in the window to make their moves, and then dragged out actually making those moves. They were caught sleeping.
Spurs have other targets and still hope to get some transfers done before the deadline.
