I still haven't received a positive resolution to my complaint.

I have been receiving the following two emails for the last 6 months.
1) We have initiated the investigation and it will be resolved within 5 days.
2) Pay Rs.32908 to issue the policy.
Why did you deactivate my policy?

Your team keeps emailing the following:
"We have initiated the investigation and it will be resolved within 5 days."
There were 6 months passed of that kind of 5 days.
But still, I have not received a solution to my query.

Yesterday, your team emailed me to pay Rs.32908 to issue the policy.
I think you guys don't know that Tata AIA has already issued me a policy on 19-04-2023.
They deactivated my policy because of their mistakes and asked me frequently to pay more to activate the policy

Tata AIA deactivated my policy because of their mistakes and asked me again and again to pay more money to activate the policy.
@TataAIA_Life To resolve the above complaint, I visited the Tata AIA Bhavnagar Branch on 4-11-2023.
The Branch Manager Mr. Narendrasinh answered my questions and asked me to pay INR 9104 to activate my policy.
So I paid INR 9104 with cheque number 651683.
But still, my policy is not activated.

After accepting the counteroffer on 18-04-2023, my Term Policy was issued on 19-04-2023, with No C228341389.
Is it valid & legal to deactivate the policy, and asking more money by generating a counteroffer even after 2 months of the policy being issued?

But after that, no solutions were given.

So I registered a new complaint at IRDAI Portal with Token number 08-23-005960.
In the response, your team provided me with Grievance Reference No TALIC124341.

When a customer makes a mistake, a company rejects the claim.
When a company makes a mistake, what should be the rule?
Is it valid that customers suffer for a company's mistake?

What does it mean?
My simple question is that if that counteroffer was incorrect, then why did you issue me a policy?

I have not received any reply from the grievance redressal cell yet.
Other than that I received 2 emails with the same counteroffer to pay extra money.
