3. try not to use the restroom; urine can have traces of potential drugs. If you have to, keep it in a dark container (away from sunlight) before you go to the hospital.

4. If you are changing your clothes, keep them in a paper/fabric bag (NOT PLASTIC) and away from sunlight.

5. You may refuse any part of the testing at any point. It is a time-consuming, invasive process.

6. Bring someone with you, you should not have to go through it alone.
