🗣️: Why did P’Tul build a market? You’re already rich. If it were me, I’d just stay home and do nothing.
Tul : 😂 I’m not rich.
Tul : Actually, I graduated in architecture, and I’ve always wanted to develop a housing estate. When I was a kid, I always wanted to live in a beautiful community and have a beautiful home. During my internship, I worked at Land & Houses, so I got to see these housing projects, and that made me want to develop one myself. But because I’ve lived here, I know that Bangna is growing really fast. I also know what this area is missing because I’ve lived here since I was a kid. There weren’t many places where you could find something to eat without having to go to a shopping mall. That was the main idea, so I thought a project like this would be a good fit for the area.

🗣️: How many rai is this whole area? (1 rai ≈ 0.4 acre)
Tul : It’s about 30-40 rai in total, but Phase 1 takes up roughly 20 rai.

🗣️: What’s planned for Phase 2?
Tul : Coming soon. Stay tuned!

🗣️: This one is called The Glass… so what’s next? The Metal?

🗣️: How many hundreds of millions of baht did you put into this?
Tul : The initial budget was set at 250 million baht. It was funded by my mom and my aunt/uncle, who invested together. But somehow, as we kept discussing everything and finalizing the plans, even though we said the budget was 250 million, we ended up at 450 million baht.

🗣️: You’re really rich.
Tul : I’m not rich 😂 I have to say that this is money accumulated by their generation (mom and aunt/uncle). But the value of the land itself is considerably higher than that.

Q: Something you bought recently?
🐯: The thing I purchased recently 🤔 Ah! I bought a sofa. Yes, there’s a one-person lounge chair sofa that I’ve wanted to buy for a long time. When I’m buying something, I tend to think about it for at least six months to a year before buying it, but this time, I thought about it for roughly two years and bought one.

Q: If you could travel back in time, what would you say to yourself when you had just debuted?
🐯: Be more careful with your back, take good care of it, and take good care of your back so you can do well!

🐯: Because I’m wearing pretty right now. This kind of style.. (a cool style, a cute style, I can pull off all kinds of styles.)
