@RMatthewsPsyEdu It’s a strange kind of support group when any parents who don’t meet their incredibly narrow criteria aren’t even allowed to join. The lack of awareness of maternal mental health is just staggering.

@RMatthewsPsyEdu Look for a u-shaped pregnancy pillow - it really helped me with finding a comfortable sleeping position. Mindfulness and relaxation techniques are useful for clearing your mind to help you sleep. Third trimester is so uncomfortable though - I feel for you!
