@karomancer @gregrthenson Try a reverse sear. You bake the steak at a low heat until essentially rare, maybe just into med rare, then throw it in a really hot pan for like 30 seconds on each side to get a nice sear.

@osx_unix @shenetworks You have to remember that experience is experience. If I've worked on a similar program, then a lot of that experience carries over. If I'm learning a new coding language, then just knowing how to code in general, and that type of language in specific, makes a HUGE difference.
