@ImKingGinger What is ideal "all legal accountability"? Like, I think they should pay for whatever wasn't paid for, some additional apology emotional distress money, officially apologise to Bryan, Ben, everyone else they went after with police in a BS way, and own up publicly properly.
@Awk20000 I feel like things are win win for me with this lawsuit. I like Ethan more, but I like people feeling more comfy with fair use if Denims wins, because I like internet content being kinda wild westy.
@LegacyKillaHD When they say they're parting ways with Brandon and Josh, do they just mean as far as the Salem store goes? Or are they talking about the Eugene (or any other) store(s) too? And their corporate role(s)? Josh mentioned being part of the Eugene store and corporate on one bodycam.
@Shafer1337 the store shutting down. Which is obviously wrong in reality. But I think it's an important distinction over intentional lying about it. I definitely think Ben needs more actual legal advice for stuff like this in future. And I hope he didn't intentionally deceive.
@Shafer1337 And given they were pro se, too, I think there's a decent chance that that was his understanding at that point??? And the videos are telling the stories (from their side) in chronological order. So as far as they understood, they "won", but then it got dismissed later because of
@Carl0vj3@BSmithBenS use style results, actually follow the instructions.) But then there’s a third category, of not using the product in the intended way, and rubbing a kiwi on it instead. The equivalent of cutting a hole in a condom and holding it in your hand during sex and whining it didn’t work.
@Carl0vj3@BSmithBenS maybe that would increase false positives in the kiwi way… but there is perfect use and typical use, and products are often assessed for both of these types of use. And typical use is worse results than perfect use (and if you want your personal results to be closer to perfect
@Shafer1337 What would the correct entity have been? Can you post an image of that here? Would it have had to have been whatever the business was when consignment happened? Or the new ownership? And were there any cases against that entity?
@AskTarget@rcarrollct Wait, where on this page does it note it will be using the item box as the shipping box? Or is it missing due to a sudden policy change? In which case, can you show an item page that shows it like you mentioned?

@icemyeyes@magniifcent works it out, he’d be blamed for any lost pieces because he’d opened it. So given the holes in the box due to the illogical shipping method, and the fact some pieces sometimes come unbagged, he is not risking opening it and wants a replacement. Makes sense. Why judge him?
@icemyeyes@magniifcent He said in the replies that it wasn’t available at his local store, but also theft potential wasn’t the main concern, it was the damage to the box, which could have resulted in lost pieces with no way to know without doing a substantial amount of work, and then by the time he
@BuildingMyLEGOs@AskTarget Target deleting their replies is pretty funny. (Hopefully it means you’re going to get a resolution rather than them just covering their tracks of their bad customer service.) Good luck, pal.
@sbinskii@argos611@MonsignorMrtnez@DylanDoubly Please learn literally anything about trademark law before commenting on this matter again. I haven’t looked into this case an I don’t know if the company are being unnecessarily dickish, and there could totally be ways to argue for leniency for Pattie, but your way ain’t it.
