Had a great meet at Westwood for my season opener. Threw 44’ 8” for shot and 97’ 8” disc. Disc could be a little better but no complaints from me. Also took 🥇, making me 1-0 this szn. @MahwahHS @MahwahXCTF

Did not have a good outing last Saturday at NJ state groups. Best throw was 44’ 1” placing me in 14th out of all group 2 throwers. Went to an SHU track meet the next day and saw a former teammate. #shotput #thrower

Another great meet at the @NJSIAA State Sectionals for groups 2&3. I ended up getting a PR with me throwing 45’ 1” and placing 5th in a very competitive group. With this PR, it also qualifies me for the Adidas Indoor Nationals #shotput #throwing

Best meet by far. Mostly because I got @squalethrows to run a 55m. Competed in shot put, 55m dash, and high jump at the Ridgewood Winter Games at RCC. Placing 5th in high jump doing scissor kicks, and 3rd in shot put, spinning and gliding.#thrower #sprinter #jumper @MahwahXCTF
