この恐ろしいほどに恣意的運用が可能な法律で創作を処罰することで、どれほどの現実の児童が救われるのか、疑問でなりません。世界でもこうしたスタンスをとる国は増えようとしていますが、この間違った方針が広がらないよう、また日本に及��ないよう、注意していかなくてはなりません。
