The USAF intends to replace the existing fleet of 2 WC-135C/W aircraft with 3 WC-135Rs as they slowly become more unreliable. The replacements are thought to be modified KC-135R airframes, with CFM-56s allowing the Constant Phoenix mission to become more versatile. #AvGeek #Recce

Today, P-8A 168432 arrived at EGUN as 'Madfox 32' from Sigonella. The aircraft is assigned to VP-5 'Madfoxes' and it is thought the aircraft will be in East Anglia for a week.

Today, 3 C-17s arrived at RAF Mildenhall as diverts from Ramstein AFB, GER. One from Charlestons 437th AW as well as these two from the Tennessee Air National Guards 165th AW and Wright Patterson's 445th AW.
