@asksheilas I am having the most ridiculous service with the most ludicrous run around trying to sort a total loss I have ever experienced from a company 3 weeks in and not even a solution in sight. Help!
@ThreeUKSupport It’s to long winded for here, can I contact a Uk call center as everyone I’ve spoken to so keeps saying they don’t have the authority to help with the problem.
@ThreeUK hour on the phone with absolutely no help whatsoever, appalled at the level of customer service. Never experienced such a lack of help, cheap network for a reason. #ee
@OpenreachHelp My issue isn’t with my ISP it’s with the company supposedly getting me connecting and carrying out the works and that’s you. Both me and my ISP BT can’t get any answers on when it will be done.
