@PlaySwoops Odd God deserves a look just for being able to hit 41% of his treys after the changes to the game engine rekt so many shooters.

Eric Nigma's performance in last night's improbable run to the semifinals proves Ethan's words. He averaged 16.3 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 4.8 assists in 6 games.

This run, however, truly belonged to Mo Bridges, who notched 26.3 points, 8.5 rebounds, and 5.5 assists per game.

"I think he has a real chance to be better than me," Ethan Nigma told us when we asked him about his younger brother, Eric. "He's smart, he's a good listener, and he's not afraid to dive for a loose ball."

Last night's tournament run was clearly more than we could have hoped for. Pistol Petabyte dropped 39 against a Star Goats team that wouldn't stop fouling him. Seeing him and Mo Bridges play well together has been fun. Perhaps he'll stick around for a while after all.

"For now." Those are his words, and he's used them a lot. Pistol feels his career is far from over, and he's willing to carry the RAM chip on his shoulder as far as it takes him.

The young guards look up to him, though. And that's enough to get him back on the court.

Pistol Petabyte put in his transfer request as soon as he arrived. He said he felt disrespected by his former team and wanted a squad that understood his value.

Then Mo Bridges asked him if they could play together.

Pistol still wants to be a point guard. He thought the Expos putting Daemon Bailey on the market might give him an opportunity he needed to shine in that role. The Expos felt otherwise.

Mo's excitement at his arrival, though, gave him enough impetus to play with our kids here.

We are pleased to announce that Calblock Chainey and Ethan Nigma have signed 10-day contracts with @ExponentialsBC.

This is Ethan's second call-up, and Calblock's first. Both recruits have been exceptional this season, and we hope they make the most of this opportunity.

While MO BRIDGES is unquestionably our top point guard, he does *not* lead the team in assists so far this season.

That honor belongs to CALBLOCK CHAINEY, a 3rd-year forward who is dishing out an impressive 7.4 assists per game. If a "point forward" exists, he might be it.

While it's still early days, it's safe to say ISRO RIDER has wowed us with his shooting touch and his rebounding prowess. There's some question among the faculty, though, as to whether he's a small forward or a power forward. This will require further study.

We had planned to give both MO BRIDGES and LES SHILLING plenty of playing time at point guard this season.

What we did NOT expect was for VAYU to emerge, seemingly from out of nowhere, as a strong, capable floor general, too.

The young ones will surprise you if you let them.
