Thrilled that South Africa has been removed from the UK's Red List effective 11 October. We cannot wait to be 'Reunited' again #southafricaistravelready

[ABTA Members @ABTAMembers]

The Government’s travel policy has cost us a summer of trade. @RishiSunak – we need tailored financial support to save jobs and businesses, and to boost the UK’s economic recovery #SaveFutureTravel #furloughends #Ukeconomy #traveltrade

The science no longer justifies the UK’s ‘red list’ travel ban. Have your say and sign the petition to get South Africa off the red list! https://t.co/KMEscBIx3C #SouthAfricaisTravelReady #AmberforAfrica

The UK’s travel ban from South Africa has no justification in science, is needlessly separating friends and family, while having a detrimental impact on SA-UK economic and social ties. @ukinsouthafrica @abtatravel

[Gavin Eyre @squashergav]

The #travelban is causing untold damage for Africa but is not backed up by rigorous analysis. The UK is #SouthAfrica’s top source market. Time to take us off the red list. I need to get home and see my ageing Mum. @ukinsouthafrica @transportgovuk @grantshapps @DominicRaab

As the world begins to reopen after COVID-19, the business community is more reliant on international travel than it appreciates. By @David_SATSA, CEO of @satsa_sa. @SAChamberUK #SouthAfricaisTravelReady #TourismRecovery #SupportSA

If you thought #level1 meant #tourism is back to work, think again. #OpenNotOpen in name, not in reality because of confusing, chaotic @GovernmentZA regs #FalseStart4Tourism @CyrilRamaphosa @ParliamentofRSA @DiBrown5 @mylimeboots @DawnJorgensen @AllisonFoat @sandtontimes

We are open & ready to welcome guests to Cliff Lodge. The worldwide lockdowns have been criticised by the WHO as bad for long-term health & as causing poverty. Let's open fully @PresidencyZA @GovernmentZA @ParliamentofR

Help us, help you fill up those coffers @tito_mboweni. The #Level1 country red list is confusing, impractical and has no scientific basis. Just ask @HealthZA. #OpenNotOpen #FalseStart4Tourism @CyrilRamaphosa @PresidencyZA @GovernmentZA @ParliamentofRSA
