Hey guys, just a heads up. If you ever need a golf belt DO NOT ORDER WITH @AceClubsGolfCo . They are absolutely the worst. I ordered a belt on June 11th. It said it would take 30 business days.

I waited and after 30 business days I sent an email asking for an update. No response. I had to ask 4 times for an update before a response.

They finally said they were busy on corporate orders and it would ship last week.

Last Friday morning I emailed asking for a tracking number… no response.

Followed up on Monday, they responded they didn’t have the belt size and it would take 30 business days from the time they had that to make my belt.

I said I put that on the order when I ordered it.. I asked for a phone call to resolve…. Nothing

I followed up Tuesday and the owner responded. He said they they didn’t get my belt size until July 11th and that I was a 44 size belt (I am not). I responded and asked for them to provide receipts of them asking me for my belt size (which I put in the original order) as well as receipts of them reaching out to me for that information.

The owner responded that they canceled my order and will refund my money.

No trying to work through it to make the customer whole.

Just a fuck you and you are not important enough to them for their business. So buyer beware they are awful to work with.
