There will likely be pressure on markets going into the close with the debt ceiling issue at stake over the weekend. We need a deal Sunday night or it could be a very very rough couple months for markets. $TSLA
Powell speech trumps any debt talks. That's because we all know the debt talks will pass. Just don't know when. Likely at 11th hour but we know they will. With Fed, that is more important to markets right now. $TSLA
Powell was NOT hawkish today. That's a change. Indicates he may be closer to pausing/skipping the next rate hike. Survey data shows only 15% now for 25bp hike. Was 40% earlier today. $TSLA
That 10-year sure is running ahead of Powell. I'd expect Powell to say the EXACT thing he's said for past month. He will NEVER give any indication of a Fed move so it will always sound hawkish. Data dependent doesn't allow for future decisions. $TSLA
Nvidia is down PM. That means entire tech market will be down. AI has been carrying the rallies as of late. We'll see but I was predicting another small rally today. Weekend debt ceiling news likely won't happen which means weak Monday open. $TSLA
How many times can CNBC run the Elon clip about Elon not caring about his tweets? Must have been about 5-6 times already today. They are desperate. $TSLA
Yes, I'm currently underwater on my $NVDA short. But I know it will find some reversal soon. No need to panic. I'm not in many shares (i.e., 400) so small losses and I'm willing to hold a few more days). $TSLA
