We booked this as a stress reliever for my husband after he lost both of his parents, very quickly, one after another. To say we are heartbroken is an understatement 💔

@HM_Passport HMPO I am due to travel 4th July, apparently I have been upgraded/escalated and expedited but I’ve still heard absolutely nothing, my status is showing the same from the date I applied, 19th April, so that’s over 10 weeks. I am ringing every day but still nothing

@BensonsForBeds @Bensons_Care Customer care, there isn’t any!! I’ve rung many times today, never got further than 76th in the queue, at one point I was in 93rd position. I was ringing to find out why one of your delivery men thought it was ok to leave my 81 year old Mum to sleep on a mattress on the floor 🤬
