The new Boarding House at Ryde School on the Isle of Wight is now complete. The building is set on a beautiful site overlooking the Solent and includes 68 beds in a variety of different bedroom configurations – the majority of which will be for Sixth Form students.

squiresandbrown are delighted that the new-build sports centre at Chigwell School, Essex, has received planning approval. Phase 1 starts on site this month and works are due to finish early 2023.
Construction work is progressing well at Felsted School, Essex. The innovative new teaching facility will include 10 classrooms, breakout spaces, a brainstorming room and an exhibition area. The project is due to be completed early 2022.
An impressive temporary roof has been erected over the Grade II Listed teaching accommodation at Bradfield College. The external roof is to be replaced and internal remodelling will take place over the coming months.
We are delighted to have secured Listed Building Consent for the re-roofing of part of the main quad at Bradfield College. In addition a flat below will be converted into office space. Work is due to start on site in April and will be completed by the end of the year.

Work is progressing well on the new co-educational Boarding House at Ryde School on the Isle of Wight. The main contractor is Mountjoy Ltd and the project is due to finish at Easter.
