@JECCooper @Freeola @KrystalHosting@bluehost Usually this would be in the customer / hosting control panel. Look for a link called Apache logs (or something similar).
@JECCooper @Freeola @KrystalHosting@bluehost If the wp-content folder has been overwritten, we would usually suggest restoring this folder from a backup.
@JECCooper @Freeola @KrystalHosting@bluehost p.s. you should also have some errors in your host's error logs (these will be more detailed) Do any of the errors mention "memory" or a plugin name?
@JECCooper @Freeola @KrystalHosting@bluehost If the errors are in the backend then you could try uploading the default wordpress files again via FTP (see https://t.co/Z0SXgInkcM Step 1: Replace WordPress files). Be careful with the wp-content folder (follow instructions above carefully to avoid data loss)
@JECCooper @Freeola @KrystalHosting@bluehost The site seems to be loading at our end but looks to be a default theme (content missing). Do you have a backup of your website's database from before the site broke?
