8 gallons of honey harvested, extracted, filtered and bottled! This year's first honey harvest has a moisture content of 16.8% and a flavor that is a little less floral than last year's (but is still very delicious!) Hopefully we'll get another harvest at the end of August!

@Over9000coffey It's from the biggest two hives-- and again, we may end up harvesting from both these hives again later this month! A lot of this was due to an exceptionally strong blackberry flow this year-- weather was perfect for a strong nectar flow in late June.
