@amazonIN Purchased Tab as prime member but delivery delayed, one days lost with no update, no complaint mechanism customer care refuses to share complaint number saying no complaint number generated. Also executive was not professional reply’s rudely and unprofessional.

@amazonIN Unfortunately the customer is not able to connect to the station managers it is one sided, and the station managers are the ones who actually can follow up with deliver agent at site.

@amazonIN @AmitAgarwal @manish_tiwary Sir , may be you both can help, Since Sunday am following up for a Tab delivery which is not yet delivered. Today Morning 10:29 am it was out for delivery it’s 6:05 pm no show yet. The delivery was schedule for 12th July.

@amazonIN Very Unfortunate to see despite several calls and follow up from customer crew and station manager as well delayed package could not be delivered today. No robust mechanism to mitigate delays. What is the use of prime membership then.

@RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir Slashing the reservation window from 120 to 60 days is a terrible move. It causes massive inconvenience, especially for senior citizens. Urgent travel is now impossible. Is this a deliberate push to force passengers onto expensive flights?
