@Crompton_India purchased this fan Just 1.5 years back and it stopped working on 1st July and today is 14th July which means it’s 14 days and Crompton has not been able to provide the service. Looks like they have very bad post sale service.

I have shared all the details, update when will be the issue closed. 2 service request for a single complain, issue open since last 14 days. Is this the level of service you provide?. On top of it such a costly fan comes with such a poor quality. If you cannot repair then replace

First service request CGZ26070503129 was closed without any contact or solution. Have again logged new service request CGZ26071314018 & still no one has reached to the locations. Expect resolution on urgent basis. Very very pathetic service & will never ever buy Cromptom products
