@McDonaldsUK how do I request a refund on the app after a delivery? I received the wrong things on my order so have been over-charged. Rang the restaurant and they said I have to do it on the app but can’t see where. Not impressed!

@AvivaUK It’s not just now though. EVERY time I have tried, different teams so different numbers and different times of the day! What are your SLAs for answering calls? And as this isn’t a 1-off, what are you doing to try and resolve this. Lots of others saying the same on here!

@AvivaUK why are you call centre wait times so bad? Don't just say 'we are busy now'. Have had to call 2 different departments over the past 2 weeks. 6 different calls I have been on hold for over 8 hours! Once you get through the people are great but your hold times are terrible
